Sp having gained you the best possible price, if you sign with us we will then be on hand to deal with ALL queries throughout your contract period. So if an error occurs with your billing for example we would investigate, updating you periodically, until you are satisfied with the outcome. This service includes any explanation from anything the supplier sends you, to the penny as well as prior updates on changes in the industry well in advance, guiding you through the energy world from an expert position rather than receiving second hand updates from your supplier that are confusing and seemingly absurd.
Toward the end of the contract we will be giving notice on your behalf, so you are free to leave, we will get in touch with more prices for the forthcoming contract and the cycle starts again. In this way you will always have a team to work on your utilities and someone to prompt you when action is required.
